NON-PROFIT STATUS
The ANGELUS SILESIUS Association operates on the basis of the earmarked grants it receives, which are a form of public aid for the promotion of culture. The amounts contained in the agreements on targeted grants are not receivables in the commercial sense. They can only be accounted for for the cultural purposes set out in the agreement, are subject to special scrutiny and not used or misused are subject to repayment. Sponsorship agreements also operate on similar principles.
